Your well-being while dining inside our restaurants in a post-pandemic world will be our priority, and as we all get excited for things to go back to normal, there are operational practices our restaurants will maintain. We continue to monitor guidance from local and national health authorities, and will update our practices as needed to adhere to the most effective health and safety standards. We will continue to make proactive decisions and be fully transparent with our community and customers we serve.

 

Each of our restaurants may look a little different as we navigate the measures region by region, but our commitment to you is that the enhanced operational standards we implemented during this time will be mandatory and consistent at every restaurant.

Our Stores 

Daily team member wellness checks:

The Chopped Leaf will ask every team member to do a self-check prior to coming in for their shift. If they are feeling ill or are displaying any COVID-related symptoms, they are required to stay home from work.

 

 

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Our restaurants will continue following proper and frequent sanitization practices within our restaurants. This includes disinfecting high-touch surface areas frequently, and disinfecting any areas a customer/guest comes into contact with immediately after, including tables, chairs and debit/credit machines. Hand sanitizer will be readily available for both team members and customers.

 

Facial coverings:

It is our responsibility to protect our team and customers, and our mask policy will continue to abide to the local regulations or law. We will also continue to keep extra masks inside our restaurants if customers forget their own, or feel more comfortable wearing one during their visit.

 

 

Contact tracing:

We will continue utilizing contact tracing as a measure to protect both our team and customers while dining inside our restaurants.

What are the current cleaning practices?
Our Food and Health Safety standards are top priority in all restaurants in order to protect our team members and guests entering and leaving. We will continue to follow frequent sanitization and disinfecting procedures to ensure all surfaces and supplies are cleaned to the highest standard.

 

I’m not ready to dine-in yet. Can I still order The Chopped Leaf 3rd party online delivery?
Yes – we are available through Skip the Dishes and other third-party providers based on your region.
