Dinosaur Valley, Drumheller AB, Chomps on Chopped Leaf
Fresh casual restaurant chain, The Chopped Leaf, opened its doors in Drumheller on Monday, June 12th to serve the Dinosaur Capital of the World with fresh, high quality salads, rice bowls, wraps, soups, and more.
Multi-Unit Ownership of a Healthy Brand
The Drumheller restaurant is the 48th Chopped Leaf location overall, and the 3rd location owned by brothers Nathan and Braden Bosch.
They also own a Chopped Leaf location in Airdrie and one in Deerfoot Meadows. The Bosch brothers are only one of several franchise partners who own multiple units. Multi-unit ownership by several franchisees demonstrates the profitability of The Chopped Leaf.
Dinosaur Valley’s demand for a fresh, nutritious alternative to traditional fast food is evident. Chopped Leaf is answering the call.
Cultivating a Strong Franchisee Culture and Open Communication
Innovative Food Brands, the management company behind The Chopped Leaf, prioritizes same-store sales over rapid expansion. It encourages growth from within through:
- regular roundtable meetings between franchisor and franchisee;
- monthly newsletter updates from franchisor to franchisee;
- open dialogue year-round between franchisor and franchisee; and
- franchisees conversing amongst themselves to solve shared challenges and celebrating victories.
