The Chopped Leaf, the lifestyle restaurant brand, opened its 36th, 37th, and 38th operational locations in Richmond, BC and Calgary, AB within days of each other. These openings punctuate the aggressive growth of the brand, which has doubled its number of locations in the last two years.

Chopped Leaf has 38 operational locations and 18 more committed to start serving fresh salads, soups, sandwiches and more in the coming months.
Since Chopped Leaf’s adoption by Innovative Food Brands (IFB) in October 2014, the chain has seen a 111% growth in its number of locations opened within 24 months. Counting in franchise commitment, Chopped Leaf has seen a 211% growth from October 2014.
Nick Veloce, President and COO of Innovative Food Brands, is confident in the brand’s ability to build on the rapid expansion. He states, “We expect to have over 80 locations operating by end of 2017.”
