Making a Lifestyle Change! – 30 Day Challenge

Studies have shown that it takes approximately 21 days to make or break a habit. The same way we go to school to learn a variety of subjects, our brain and bodies learn routines through our daily habits.

For the month of November, we encourage you all to take part in our 30-day challenge! For 30 consecutive days, we challenge you to eat healthy and continue to have an active lifestyle. As the weather takes a dip for winter, this will be tough for some but the rewards are sweet! Not only will you have the benefits of having a healthier lifestyle, we will be choosing some participants to win a gift certificate or some free Chopped Leaf swag.
