OAKVILLE, Ontario, September 2015…
The Chopped Leaf is very pleased to announce the opening of our 13th location in the province of Alberta, in the town of Sylvan Lake.
Franchisee Rubina Kauchali is excited about the opportunity of brining the Chopped Leaf to the community. “ Sylvan lake is a small, growing community and tourist town that fills up in the summer. There are not many family restaurants in Sylvan Lake that serve healthy and nutritional meals. Sylvan lake definitely needed a change and more choice, which they have now have with the Chopped Leaf.” Kauchali said.
The Sylvan Lake Chopped location is very unique in the fact that it boosts both a Chopped Leaf and Wok Box inside of one location. The restaurant will be serving full menus for both brands giving their customers lots of different healthy eating options. The Chopped Leaf offers a full menu of premium-quality chef-designed salads, gourmet wraps, sandwiches, whole bowls, appetizers and soups. You can also place your order on-line and schedule a time to pick it up at your convenience.
“Our restaurant is ideally located by the business and industrial hub of Sylvan Lake and it is just on Highway 20, where it can not be missed by drivers passing by!” Kauchali said. The Chopped Leaf fresh-casual franchise is slated to open 9 more locations in the next 6 months, with their first store in the province of Ontario as one of them.
