The Chopped Leaf Now Serving Simon Fraser University in Centre Block of UniverCity

The fast-casual restaurant/lifestyle chain, The Chopped Leaf, opened its doors to the Simon Fraser’s UniverCity community on April 24, 2017.

The Chopped Leaf to Keep Students on the Go

Students and faculty members can now grab handcrafted meals made with nutritious, fresh ingredients. Rice bowls, salads, wraps, sandwiches, soups, and many more healthier alternatives to traditional fast food make up the menu at The Chopped Leaf.

Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diners will also find dishes that suit their lifestyles at The Chopped Leaf. The design-your-own wrap and salad menu gives guests freedom and total control of their food.

Chopped Leaf Locations and Hours

This is the third location owned by Franchise Partner, Mandeep Singh, who also owns the New Westminster and Ironwood locations. The opening in SFU’s UniverCity is proof of demand for accessible, healthy fast casual food.

Visit the restaurant on Mondays through Fridays from 9 am to 9 pm, or on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am to 7 pm. Find the restaurant in 9055 University High St. Burnaby, BC, Unit #106.

  • Angelica and her co-workers provide great food and great service. They’ve built an excellent reputation up here on Burnaby Mountain through their hard work and friendly manner. Having said that, though, in order to provide predictable service for both the staff and their customers, it would be helpful if they could know in advance what the holiday hours were going to be for the establishment.
