The partners opened a restaurant in West Springs, Calgary in mid-October following the success of their established Chopped Leaf restaurant in Royal Oak, making Chopped Leaf Beacon Hill their third location. This string of openings speaks to the success of the business and the demand for better-for-you food made accessible to everyone.
